The Regional & Product Policy team delivers advertising policy coverage across regions, product formats, and sensitive industry verticals. By combining regional expertise with regulated goods and product policy knowledge, the team ensures fast, consistent, and business-aligned policy decisions.
About the Role
As a Policy Manager for LATAM, you will be responsible for evaluating risks, shaping policy solutions, and ensuring effective enforcement in one of TikTok's fastest-growing markets. You will partner closely with global policy leads and internal cross-functional teams to balance business enablement with user and platform integrity.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze advertising policy documents, with a focus on LATAM
- Evaluate regional business cases and market requests to identify risks and recommend policy solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Legal, GR, PR, TnS, AdEx, and GBS to align on sensitive industry enablement.
- Provide policy expertise and guidance on regulated goods and product features relevant to the LATAM market.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and enforcement quality to ensure consistent policy application.
- Contribute to policy development and iteration by identifying gaps and proposing updates to address emerging risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support coordinated, compliant, and business-aligned advertising policies.
- Support knowledge transfer, upskilling, and alignment across LATAM teams to maintain consistent global standards.
