About the Team:
TikTok Shop is an innovative e-commerce solution which enables merchants, brands and creators to sell products directly on TikTok. Being part of the TikTok Shop Design team member, you will be able to utilize qualitative/quantitative studies to collect user feedback, create a deep understanding and empathy for our users, and work cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams to meet the business needs. On the TikTok Shop business design team, we believe in design that prioritizes usability, functionality, and impact. Our team, is strategically located in diverse cities, blends cultural insights and global perspectives. We collaborate closely with stakeholders to create designs that enhance efficiency and user experiences. Join us to be part of a team pioneering design innovation and setting new industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing TikTok e-commerce consumer experience to ensure usability and design quality.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure continuous iteration and optimization of user experience.
- Dive deep into different scenarios using UX tools and methods to discover experience issues.
- Create and test prototypes early in the design process to build confidence in a solution.
- Own every aspect of a product's design, from solving the core user challenge to shipping a well-tested and pixel-perfect UI.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.
