In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and supplier performance.
- Supervise and analyze supply chain metrics to see opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and product development to ensure supply chain alignment.
- Lead initiatives in system improvement, forecasting, and supply continuity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Manage risk and respond optimally to supply chain disruptions and ambiguity.

- Being action oriented, taking the initiative to solve problems quickly and proactively, driving improvements across procurement, logistics, and inventory.
- Collaborating by building positive relationships across departments and with external partners, encouraging trust and shared accountability.
- Managing ambiguity by staying focused and adaptable in the face of uncertainty, making sound decisions even when data is incomplete.
- Driving results by consistently delivering measurable outcomes, optimizing performance, and contributing to the company’s growth and resilience.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in business or technical field, or related.
- Minimum of (5) plus years of experience in procurement required.
- Minimum of (3) plus years of supervisory experience.
- Strong ERP system knowledge
- Proficiency in business reporting tools (e.g. ERP, Power BI, Excel)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Strong experience with Oracle ERP systems
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams
- Data-driven approach with experience in supply chain analytics
- Experience in manufacturing
- APICs CPIM certification
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85,386 - $114,000, annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
