Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:  Partner and work with our VP of Digital Marketing on growth marketing efforts, developing and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention.

Duration:  Project is expected to last about 4 weeks, working 10-20 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Execution: execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with FINSYNC's business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Lead Generation: Drive lead generation initiatives through various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics tools and research to gather insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions and refine marketing strategies.

Campaign Management: execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on marketing performance and provide insights to the executive team, making recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing roles

Knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills.
