The Role:
As our Data Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for turning messy data into insights that drive smarter decisions across the business. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, ops, and product teams to help us understand our customers, optimize our campaigns, forecast demand, and fuel our growth engine. You won’t just deliver dashboards — you’ll help shape what questions we ask and what opportunities we chase.
Responsibilities:
- Own the data: Pull, clean, and structure data from multiple sources (e-commerce, retail partners, marketing platforms, ERP).
- Build insights & tools: Develop intuitive dashboards, self-serve reports, and analyses that keep the whole team aligned.
- Be curious & proactive: Spot trends, dig into anomalies, and surface opportunities before others see them.
- Support growth: Partner with marketing to measure campaign performance, recommend optimizations, and track ROI.
- Guide decisions: Present your findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Level up data quality: Identify gaps and work with ops/engineering to improve data pipelines as we scale.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role in CPG, DTC, or e-commerce - for a subscription based business.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong grasp of key growth and business metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, contribution margin).
- Analytical mindset with a knack for storytelling and turning numbers into action.
- Comfort working in ambiguity — you know how to prioritize, iterate quickly, and ship insights fast.
- Bonus points for experience with Python/R, dbt, or exposure to retail syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI).
