Social Media Executive

Location: Bideford or Norwich with some remote working possible

What will I be doing?

Collaborating with the team in meetings to share ideas and contribute to campaign planning.

Monitoring social media trends to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.

Creating engaging content across platforms and managing day-to-day posting.

Tracking and reporting on analytics to measure performance and suggest improvements.

Monitoring audience engagement and responding where appropriate.

Looking ahead, there may also be opportunities to:

Join on-site shoots and contribute to filming (experience in this area is desirable).

You may also appear on camera for certain campaigns.

Ideally, we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a social media role for either a business or a brand, freelancing also.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including (but not limited to) Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent copywriting ability.
• A creative eye for engaging video and imagery.
• Experience in video editing or production.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new innovations, platforms, and software.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
