The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Corporate Actions Testing Team, the Senior Analyst will bridge operations and testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Corporate Actions. Corporate Actions Testing is responsible for testing system enhancements as well as new applications on behalf of the end user to validate that the expected results have been met prior to production deployment. Testing takes place in a non-production region to closely simulate the production environment. Key Functions and Responsibilities: partner with Product Management, Operations and IT, and are part of squads across multiple projects, perform automation as needed with the available testing tools, and signoff on new functionality, changes, or fault fixes before production deployment, and evidence of test plans, test cases and post-test reports. 

The position is ideal for a professional with operational experience in Corporate Actions and Asset Services who is looking to specialize and advance their career in a testing-focused role. 

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases required for end to end testing on distributed and/or mainframe test environments emulating end users
• Discover, report and track defects via JIRA
• Support with UAT test planning
• Present information clearly while speaking in small to mid-sized groups
• Participate and own small projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

Talents Needed For Success:

• Experience working in Corporate Actions or Asset Services is highly preferred
• Knowledge or exposure to the software implementation lifecycle model (SILC), Agile, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and JIRA reporting for issues is desirable
• Knowledge or exposure to manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is preferred
