We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Platform Planning & Analysis to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Develop platform updates, executive-level presentations, talking points and various internal communications
• Coordinate with cross-organizational leaders to create weekly/monthly/quarterly management reports and business updates, distributed to executive leadership 
• Design, manage and drive governance for platform-wide SharePoint site and intranet pages
• Assist in curating agendas, creating meeting materials and driving the execution for platform driven agile cadences on a quarterly and monthly basis.
• Support the calculation of Objectives and Key Results, utilizing enterprise tooling
• Use analytical skills to collect, process, and interpret data to solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively
• Build relationships across platforms and Lines of Business to support Product led initiatives
• Create and streamline tools, processes and procedures to drive global efficiencies 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 
• 3-5+ years of Financial Services and/or consulting experience strongly preferred 
• Experience and demonstrated results in a global team environment 
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint skills
• Dynamic problem solver – consistently utilizes a solution driven mindset
• Exceptional project manager, who is detail oriented – understands the nuances that can impact overall outcomes, and has demonstrated success delivering projects on time and on budget
• Independent and creative thinker with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects and initiatives, in a fast-paced and fluid environment 
• Team player that requires minimal guidance and is driven to deliver business transformation working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong influencer and thoughtful communicator who can express complex ideas in simple, practical terms tailored to a specific audience
• Strong writer with excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interface with all levels of the organization
• Change agent with ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, management and colleagues
