Job Description: 
Physical Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
  • Coursework/Training: May require specialized physical therapist assistant training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ/experience. 
  • Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position.
