Senior Program Manager - Administration

The Senior Program Manager supports the Managers, Directors and Medical Directors in strategy development, feasibility assessment, implementation and ongoing management of key programmatic development initiatives.  Program initiatives assigned cover a broad spectrum to include: new services feasibility and development; quality assessment and improvement; financial performance; facility, equipment and supply needs; new technology assessment; and, market evaluation and communications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or related field Or equivalent educ/experience
• Master's Degree in Health Administration or related field Or equivalent educ/experience
• 6 years of progressive responsibility in project/program management preferably in a health care setting. 
• Extensive experience in health care with proven track record in project management and development.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
