Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will assess and help in the client’s strategic direction and plans, to develop comprehensive roadmaps and business cases. You will be highly competent in facilitating structured requirement coordinating workshops and producing supporting documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Needs Analysis & Requirements Gathering

Quickly understand the client's needs and their existing business processes.  Analyze existing client technology capability and functionality.  Understand and gather client’s requirements and recommend applicable approaches.  Define the client's needs and recommend solutions.  Create process models (AS-IS and TO-BE).  Run or actively participate in workshops.  Develop business cases and calculate Return on Investment (ROI).

Solution Design & Technical Analysis

Analyze existing client technology capabilities and map the technology and functionality to suitable solutions.  Capture non-functional requirements and ensure they are met upon delivery.  Coordinate UI design and mock-up creation with the UI Design team.  Manage the approval process with the client, ensuring deadlines are clearly communicated and tracked.  

Stakeholder Communication & Change Management

Act as an intermediary between non-technical and technical stakeholders when necessary.  Push back on stakeholders when expectations are not commercially viable and offer appropriate alternatives based on cost-benefit analysis. Consolidate, document, and manage any formal/informal change processes within a project.  Create and present reports, findings, business cases, and other project-related requirements to senior stakeholders.

Project & Delivery Assurance

Perform delivery assurance, including test planning and facilitation of UAT (with the support of a QA Consultant or QA Manager).  Support and ensure a successful client vision, ensuring target ROI is achieved.  Create detailed scope documents in preparation for client sign-off or sales proposal generation.

Development & Release Coordination

Coordinate work effort estimates for stories and tasks with the Development team.  Break down feature requirements and proposed fixes into user stories and tasks for the development team.  Participate in the planning and scheduling of product releases based on roadmap commitments and customer deadlines.  Help coordinate the release process with the Development and Infrastructure teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Significant Agile project Methodology experience.
  • Knowledge of AI and/or Agentic Solutions

Technical knowledge and background preferred.

Good Commercial Experience, customer-facing up to C Suite level.

A highly collaborative team player

You have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in a relevant field.
