About Deals:

Our Deals Services team is a leading provider of Corporate Finance, M&A advisory, and Capital Raising services in Greece. We support high-profile transactions across a wide range of industries, delivering strategic advice and hands-on execution at every stage of the deal process. Our experienced professionals work with a diverse client base — including large Greek and multinational corporations, SMEs, private equity funds, banks, and institutional investors — helping them unlock value and achieve their strategic objectives.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Be part of a team that consults clients across all sectors and participates in some of the largest transactions in the Greek market
• Participating in meetings and presentations to clients
• Organizing and directing less senior staff

The Role In More Details:

• 10+ years of experience in relevant professional experience, (ie. Financial Due Diligence, Statutory Audit, AUP procedures, Financial or Business Analysis, Financial Reporting or Restructuring positions
•  A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
•  A Master’s degree in Finance& Accounting will be a strong asset
•  A professional qualification or part qualification (ACCA) will be a strong asset
•  Very good knowledge of applicable accounting and reporting standards (ie. Greek GAAP, IFRS)
•  Analytical & Business Skills
•  Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
•  The ability to work in a team and to tight deadlines and the flexibility in approach
•  The ability to communicate in English and to be an experienced user of MS Office
