We’re seeking a strategic, systems-minded Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to transform how digital content is prioritized and activated across Microsoft Cloud & AI. In this role, you’ll bring organization and clarity to complexity, connecting strategy to execution so the right content reaches the right audience at the right time. You’ll orchestrate cross-team workflows, streamline processes, and enable Integrated Marketing to move faster, align deeper, and deliver smarter. This is a high-visibility role that blends strategic judgment, operational excellence, and the ability to create order from complexity—your work will shape how Microsoft tells its Cloud & AI story to millions of customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Shape digital prioritization across web, blog, social, and Search Engine Opimization (SEO) channels—bringing structure to complexity so Microsoft’s most important Cloud & AI stories land with precision and impact.
  • Lead the intake and prioritization engine for product marketing submissions, turning a high volume of requests into clear, scalable decisions that align to business priorities.
  • Drive cross-team orchestration by connecting Product Marketing Managers, content strategists, and channel owners—making it easier to navigate complexity and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
  • Evolve workflow systems by introducing automation, removing bottlenecks, and creating processes that bring order and consistency across a large-scale marketing ecosystem.
  • Communicate with clarity through calls for content, status updates, prioritization outcomes, and executive-ready briefings that cut through complexity and align stakeholders.
  • Use analytics to inform strategy by translating dashboards (Adobe, Power BI) into insights that simplify decision-making and guide investment.
  • Apply strategic judgment using tiering frameworks to ensure resources are focused on high-impact content tied to Azure’s commercial priorities.
  • Partner with leadership on executive communications, quarterly planning, and strategic projects that help simplify how Microsoft Cloud & AI shows up digitally worldwide.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience working in B2B or technology marketing, preferably in cloud.
 Additional or preferred qualifications 
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
