Summary Of Responsibility:
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor provides support to the A/R team and Customers through execution of various A/R related activities and processes as outlined below.
What You Will Contribute:
- Lead the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring accurate, timely processing of AR functions.
- Provide initial point of contact for all inbound A/R related calls & emails in a timely manner.
- Replies to daily customer requests for documentation; Invoices, credit card receipts, sales tax issues, work orders, etc.
- Assisting with the research & resolution of customer payment discrepancies.
- Assist with processing of daily cash deposits.
- Perform customer credit checks, account setup, and maintenance in Microsoft D365.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, unmatched cash, and other AR issues.
- Handle escalated customer account concerns and collaborate with sales/division leaders to resolve them.
- Provide administrative support for third-party portals and customer questionnaires.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to policies.
- Contribute to special projects, including ERP improvements (Microsoft D365)
