If so, the Marketing Services organization is looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Manager, Events build effective cross-channel strategies to drive success for our flagship 1st party Microsoft events. Responsibilities will include driving successful registration targets pre-event, executing attendee communications during, and executing post-attendee communications and amplifying post-event content. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who lives in data and partners well with analytics teams to inform strategy and measure outcomes. A successful candidate is a lifetime learner and collaborator, able to work with a complex set of teams, disciplines, and businesses to drive shared goals. This person must be adaptable and able to drive process for predictability but also be able to change direction and update strategies quickly. This person must have a passion for collective and collaborative work while able to drive individual accountabilities. As a Senior Marketing Communications Manager, Events, you will use data insights to build optimal digital customer journeys, drive execution and optimization of those journeys, and be responsible for successful registration for flagship events.

Responsibilities
- Lead customer journey and channel strategy/innovation across teams to drive successful registration and communication outcomes for flagship events.
- Own team principles and approach to customer journeys and analytics for events and enable sophistication in reporting and analytics, such as automation and AI, across the team.
- Collaborate across multiple internal and external teams (channels, businesses, functions, corporate, field, etc) to drive global impact.
- Prepare, deliver, and present plans for multiple executions across partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee asset production such as copy writing, creative, and video content to be leveraged across digital channels.
- Report and manage performance of channels and creative to drive event outcomes.
- Embody our culture and values.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience in customer or channel journey strategy, performance, and drawing insights from data.
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
