Do you enjoy coaching people, supporting growth and enabling your team to succeed? We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Manager for Netvisor Product Development to support development teams and the Netvisor growth story in this new era of AI.

Together with our Product Owners and Leads, you are ensuring that your teams have everything they need for creating value for the customers and users. You also promote people-first culture and support continuous learning and growth.


Your role as a Team Manager

You will be taking care of some of our talented and self-organised development teams in Netvisor Product organisation. Your role could include for example the following:

  • personal coaching and leadership to support motivation and wellbeing at work
  • competence development and career planning
  • resolving conflicts and removing barriers that your team might face
  • communication and strategic steering
  • daily administrative tasks of a supervisor
  • ensuring that we continuously evaluate and refine our product development and processes
  • participating in budgeting, headcount planning and recruiting
  • growing the next generation of leadership and management talent
  • setting an example for cross-functional collaboration with other teams and functions
  • helping product owners to articulate goals for development teams, while supporting our business requirements

You will cooperate with different stakeholders, supporting your team in their daily life and ensuring they are high-functioning, engaged and motivated. Your success is measured e.g. by team engagement score (eNPS) and customer value metrics (CES, pNPS).

In addition to coaching your team, you will be in charge of maintaining and improving development processes in a dynamic, international environment. You can also add your own spice by bringing your experience to the table in some specific areas of interest, for example data, metrics, visualisation etc.

Our Netvisor product business is sustainable and scalable, and we provide customer value with market-leading, secure, business-critical software to our ~44 000 customers in Finland. Our product streamlines the daily lives of Finnish entrepreneurs, accountants, and employees by automating many important processes in invoicing, payroll, and expense management. Netvisor Product organisation consists of over 100 professionals who code, design, test, coach, analyse and support the development in various ways.


We hope you bring with you:

  • Experience in leading software development teams in a dynamic environment: Ideally you have been leading development teams in a similar fast changing growth organisation where product development is centered around customer needs, and you know how SaaS products are built.
  • Warm, approachable and decisive leadership: You have the ability to build trust and commitment within a team while leading with a clear and determined approach.
  • Resilience and change management: You have successfully led a team or organization through significant change, such as the disruption caused by AI or other technologies, and you have the skill to lead through challenges.
  • Ability to build trust: You are skilled at creating an open and safe work environment where team members can feel valued and committed.
  • Bridge-building skills: You have the ability to effectively understand and communicate between different functions and stakeholders, such as product management and software development.
  • Experience with agile methods: You have a strong understanding of agile ways of working and the ability to apply them in practice.
  • Customer-centric thinking: You are driven by a need to promote customer value and your mission is to cater their present and future needs, even before they realise them. Being a forerunner is part of your DNA.
  • Excellent communication skills: You communicate fluently both spoken and in writing in Finnish and English.

Visma Solutions has offices in Helsinki and Lappeenranta, but you can also work from other Visma offices or remotely from anywhere in Finland. Although we're connected throughout the day, we don't physically sit close to each other, so we don't expect you to either. However, we would like you to occasionally visit your team members in our offices.

The salary range in this position is difficult to estimate as it can be e.g. around 5000-6000 €/month depending on your relevant experience and seniority, but we are happy to hear your expectations.
