Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and enhance brand advocacy and purchase consideration for Meta products
Establish relationships and collaborate with internal departments (sales, channel, category) to ensure effective retail field program execution
Lead internal meetings to discuss results, formulate strategy, define success metrics, and foster innovation through new solutions
Manage the performance of the agency's field sales team, holding them accountable for program results, including execution metrics, budget, and ROI targets
Regularly partner with staffing agencies (quarterly) to evaluate and optimize field coverage models, managing the allocation of field time across retailers, products, and channels
Facilitate weekly conference calls and daily communication with the agency team, conducting weekly reviews of all performance measures
Assume accountability for results, address discrepancies, and proactively strive for growth
Manage Quarterly Business Reviews and agency evaluations, supporting and leading the agency field and account teams to contribute value to the program and achieve Meta's objectives
Contribute to event execution strategy and measurement plans, directing agency staffing, education, and reporting. Collaborate on all event recaps and posting efforts, including lessons learned and future recommendations
Directly collaborate with the Meta Training Lead on VR & Wearables training content, deployment, and measurement
Provide actionable insights to leadership by reporting key industry activities, competitor positioning, retailer news, and customer issues/inquiries
In partnership with the Data Science team, deliver analysis of VR & Wearables staffing sales impact
Manage budgets for agency spend, initiating new contracts, purchase orders, and engagement with Finance. Proactively review spend reports to identify gaps and propose solutions
7+ years of experience in the retail consumer electronics industry
5+ years of experience in project management, leading large and small-scale retail initiatives, streamlining, troubleshooting, and building new processes
5+ years of experience managing retail staffing, including program leadership (account management, field management, etc.), measurements, field team reporting, data tools, analytics, and tactics
Extensive experience and proven track record in managing relationships and consulting with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales and Channel teams
Existing knowledge of emerging technologies (AR/VR/Other), GTM strategy, and retail execution
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with experience detecting inconsistencies and proactively building solutions
Demonstrated experience in physical and digital communication skills to package and present internal strategies, results, and recommendations
Direct experience with staffing or Brand Ambassador programs at a consumer electronics manufacturer
Experience in the Wearables, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, or Gaming industry
Familiarity with local Consumer Electronic retail chains and their penetration strategies
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana)
Skilled in using dashboard reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau
