You will play a crucial role in accelerating the execution of company priorities through strategic, data-driven initiatives.   • Strategically lead and optimize complex, cross-functional analytics programs from inception to delivery, accelerating company priorities through data-driven initiatives
  • Champion scalable data frameworks and a single source of truth, ensuring consistent data utilization, efficient integration, and robust data governance to empower data-driven decision-making
  • Build robust partnerships with cross-functional leaders in Product Management, Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering, aligning on shared analytics goals and driving successful program outcomes that directly impact business results
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership and stakeholders, influencing critical business decisions and driving continuous process improvement and innovation
  • Drive the end-to-end execution of multiple high-impact analytics programs, meticulously managing planning, scoping, stakeholder coordination, milestone definition, timeline adherence, and transparent reporting to all relevant parties
  • Proactively identify and bridge process gaps, operationalizing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and unlock new opportunities through advanced analytics
  • Establish and meticulously track key performance indicators (KPMs) and metrics to comprehensively measure the effectiveness and impact of analytics initiatives, providing regular, insightful reports to stakeholders
  • Cultivate a growth-oriented environment within the team, providing in depth subject matter guidance and mentorship on scalable best practices in analytics program management
  • Balance competing priorities and expertly manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment to consistently achieve successful program outcomes
  • B.A or B.S. degree with a quantitative focus in Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Statistics, or a similar technical field
  • 7+ years of Industry experience in a consumer-oriented product environment, consulting, analytics, operations, or project management role
  • Functional use of SQL to analyze and interpret complex data sets and generate reports for analytical decision-making
  • Experience with excel including pivot tables, forecasting, and formulas
  • Experience working in time sensitive and cross-functional environments
  • Experience developing product roadmaps and managing backlogs
  • Proficient in data-driven decision making and problem solving skills
  • Experience identifying process gaps and operationalizing strategies
  • Master’s degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related field and 7+ years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation
  • Experience developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive strategies to advance analytics maturity and drive data-driven decision making
  • Experience advocating for and promoting scalable data frameworks that enable efficient integration and utilization of data across various teams and programs
  • Experience building partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. product and engineering) to establish shared goals and support foundational analytics maturity
  • Demonstrated track record to convey complex ideas, progress updates, challenges, and achievements to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Certification in program management, such as Project Management Professional or Agile/Scrum

$150,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
