Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, including video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of the performers landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Ability to promote/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision-makers.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in a ambiguous environments, collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Excellent tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

In this role, you will advocate the status quo and will generate meaningful impact for clients. You will be a cross-functional leader, with a desire to orchestrate and align Google’s full range of capabilities in service of their clients. You will have an aptitude for annual, quarterly and weekly sales forecasting, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business issues and tactical priorities.
  • Lead the development of Joint Business Plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
  • Design and pitch powerful, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business goals.
  • Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and competitor’s offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
  • Own the customer's growth, identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of new opportunities, manage weekly forecasts, and leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
