• Junior Campaign Manager
• Location: Manila (Remote with periodic onsite in Makati)

Were looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to join our Manila-based team in a hybrid work setup. Youll support the launch and optimization of impactful campaigns that bring our offerings to life for millions of Filipinos.

As our Junior Campaign Manager, youll be involved in the end-to-end process of campaign execution across multiple platforms. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and effective performance tracking.

What Youll Do

• Campaign coordination assist in end-to-end campaign execution, from creative handoffs to go-live checklists
• Merchant collaboration coordinate with Merchant Account Managers to align on joint promotions and featured merchant offers
• Asset & content alignment work with content and design teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and compelling
• Performance tracking monitor results and help prepare post-campaign analysis to measure impact
• Calendar support help maintain our marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns go out on time and in sync with broader plans
• QA & testing support A/B tests, language variants, and message rendering across channels
• Documentation maintain campaign trackers, briefs, and post-mortem reports to keep the team aligned
• Experience 1 to 2 years in fintech or e-commerce industry (preferred)
• Education Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field

• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Proficient in Adobe Suite & Canva

• Basic Html Knowledge

• Familiarity with CRM or email marketing tools
