Strategic Financial Analyst, Platform and Devices

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or a relevant advanced degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data analytics, financial modeling, SQL, and ensuring data cleanliness/accuracy.
• Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations and help team members while promoting positive morale.
• Ability to maintain successful business partnerships.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong bias toward process improvement.

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Analyze business drivers and manage processes that impact the entire Platform and Devices (P&D) business.
• Provide reporting on investment performance, forecast accuracy.
• Provide leadership visibility to risks across P&D by gathering business insights, evaluating inputs, and hedging options from the total product area perspective.
• Manage reporting processes across P&D by connecting with stakeholders in product FP&A, corporate FP&A, and Accounting.
• Support regular reporting on business performance by defining and tracking business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
