Commercial Print Production Environment - Pre-Press

The Pre-Press Associate is responsible for preparing digital files and artwork for print production, ensuring accuracy and quality before printing. This role collaborates with production staff, and our Client Services department to troubleshoot, adjust, and finalize files to meet project specifications and deadlines.

• Key Responsibilities:
• > File Preparation: Review, edit, and prepare digital files for various print processes (offset, digital, wide format, etc.).
• > Control: Check for resolution, color accuracy, bleed, and layout issues; perform pre-flight checks.
• > Proofing: Generate and review proofs for client approval; make necessary corrections.
• > Troubleshooting: Resolve file errors and technical issues related to fonts, images, and compatibility.
• > Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Qualifications:
• > Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other pre-press software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• > Knowledge of print production processes and standards.
• > Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
