Assistant Manager ADC Operations Support

Ensure maintenance security, control and performance standards adhering to SOPs, policies and guidelines prescribed by the company.

Ensure seamless operation and availability of digital channel application Domestic/International.

Ensure that issues reported by internal teams (s) are identified and resolved in a timely manner are implemented.

Monitor performance after deployment of upgrade patches provided by the development team and external vendors

Ensure 24x7 proactive monitoring of Applications.

Perform monitoring and ongoing analysis to improve operational and advice to increase automation of processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Computer Science 

Minimum Experience:

• Fresh, payments experience preferred, banking experience preferred
