Your Role at KIK

As a Production Supervisor – Filling, you will lead the filling department to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You’ll oversee shift performance, ensuring production goals are met while driving continuous improvement, reducing downtime, and supporting on-time delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach your team, optimize processes, and play a key part in achieving overall plant success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise daily filling line operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
  • Lead and develop 2 Shift Leads and ~25 operators through coaching, feedback, and training
  • Monitor production metrics (output, yields, downtime) and drive improvements
  • Collaborate with on-site and off-site teams to ensure equipment reliability and compliance
  • Enforce all safety, sanitation, and GMP standards
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma tools
  • Manage schedules and staffing to balance demand, efficiency, and cost
  • Partner with Supply Chain, QA, and HR to ensure smooth operations and communication
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Lead daily production meetings and participate in plant leadership reviews 

What You’Ll Bring

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5 or more years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with high-speed equipment and automated production systems preferred - bottle filling machinery a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with high-speed equipment and automated production systems preferred (bonus for familiarity in bottle filling machinery)
