Job Duties

To perform a variety of housekeeping Floor Care duties with positive expectations; to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions are maintained for residents and employees. Support ESH Vision, mission and value statements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with floor procedures for stripping/waxing, burnishing and buffing.
• Experience with chemicals used during the floor cleaning process.
• Experience with stripping/waxing machine, burnishing machine and buffing machine.
• Experience with industrial carpet shampooers, rotary carpet cleaning machines and steamers.
