We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in Batesville, IN.
This is a hybrid position with flexibility to be onsite 1–2 days per week as needed.
Your Role At Batesville:
Batesville is looking for a Graphic Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and excited about working in a fast paced, multi-initiative work environment to meet the needs of unique customer segments and business stakeholders. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality visual solutions across many platforms including logos, brochures, case studies, social media templates, email signature banners, videos, PowerPoint designs, catalogs and more. Working closely with team members across Marketing Services, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing and other departments, the graphic designer will bring concepts to life through compelling graphics, ensuring consistency across omni-channel campaign touchpoints, and aligning with brand guidelines and company positioning.

- The expected pay for this role is $25.00 to $32.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

What You’Ll Do:
- Collaborate with Creative Services team to conceptualize and execute designs to support a wide variety of products, product launches, promotions, advertising, direct marketing, corporate brand initiatives, and events
- Ability to take a creative brief and develop a concept, creative mood board and visualization and ensure the style, quality and details of all printed and electronic executions are appropriate and consistent with Batesville brand standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders, content writers, digital team members and product marketing managers to understand project objectives, design requirements and manage feedback throughout review process to deliver on time with attention to detail
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval
- Utilize strong market and customer insights to develop and implement innovative, impactful creative solutions that effectively engage target audiences and distinguish the company in a crowded marketplace
- Create videos, gifs and animations for web, email, and social media campaigns
- Consistently adapt to creative design trends, tools and techniques and the ability to leverage innovative technologies and AI-driven solutions to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of photos, designs, and creative process
- Assist in design projects including the implementation of brochures, mailers, email marketing, catalogs, trade show graphics, case studies, online banner ads and email campaigns, and print advertising
- Manipulate and reformat photographic images for use in different environments (print, online); retouch product images to ensure color accuracy and consistency of lighting, drop shadows, backgrounds
- Manage, organize, update and archive projects and digital marketing assets
- Maintain high productivity and accuracy, while completing assignments in a timely manner
- Other duties as required
What You’Ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Graphic Design
- Minimum of 3 years related Graphic Design and Marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in Graphic Design
- Significant experience in graphic design, photography, videography, and interactive design in a corporate or agency design role, with a focus on product and service marketing in a B2B and B2B2C environment
- Experience working with a DAM
- Digital and print experience
- Experience in brand development, digital marketing, and driving business growth through omni-channel marketing strategies
