Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician (Level 5) to join our team as a leader and mentor. This role involves advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems, as well as training and guiding junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced service, repair, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and air balancing issues
• Communicate repair options and preventative maintenance benefits to customers
• Train, mentor, and support technicians
• Support customer relationships through professionalism and clear communication
• Maintain safety and compliance with HVAC codes and standards
• Assist with inventory management and seasonal preparation

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• EPA Universal Certification
• Low Voltage License (preferred)
• NATE Certification with specialties (preferred)
• Minimum 5–7 years HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and customer service skills
• Leadership and mentoring experience
