What You’Ll Be Doing (But Not Limited To)

• Oversee and lead HVAC installation projects, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform HVAC installations with the team
• Supervise, train and mentor a team of HVAC Installers, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to maintain system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Conduct inspections after installations, repair any errors and ensure to coach/counsel Installation.
• Ensure the Install Team has all materials needed for installation project
• Ensure assigned employees are taking clocking in and out according to policy

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of seven years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Three to five years of experience in a Lead/Foreman role including supervising teams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 100 lbs safely.
• Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl and/or kneel continually.
• EPA certification a plus
• A valid California Driver's License pursuant to company policy
