Castleworks Home Services is growing! As part of our Water Heater Division, we’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated Water Sales Specialist to help homeowners improve their water quality with our premium water filtration systems. We provide leads, training, and support so you can focus on what you do best – selling and earning!

• Earn $80K–$120K+ Annually 
• Paid Training 
• Company-Provided Leads

What You’Ll Do:

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-scheduled leads (no cold calling).
• Perform simple water testing and explain results to homeowners.
• Recommend and present water filtration solutions tailored to each home.
• Offer product demos, explain financing options, and close sales.
• Work with the Water Heater Division team to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

What We’Re Looking For:

• 2+ years of in-home or direct sales experience (home improvement or water treatment a plus).
• Strong people skills – ability to connect quickly and build trust.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet customer availability.
