About The Role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Director to join our International team. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to be part of something bigger. What You’ll Be Doing in This Role
As a HR Business Partner, you’ll be right at the heart of our mission to preserve life. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Analyze and evaluate leadership development programs to increase adoption, improve the leadership capability across the organization and manage the success of leadership programs utilizing the appropriate metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the VP Commercial in developing forward-looking HR strategy and talent management plans to attract, retain, develop, and engage diverse talent to enable Commercial success. Lead critical talent and future-capability planning activities to ensure business is well prepared for growth amid a highly competitive talent market.
- Leverage HR analytics and dashboards to encourage the continuous improvement of talent and business capabilities, KPIs, and to influence and measure meaningful change. Build a robust understanding of industry, market, and functional trends, crafting business-specific talent strategies driven by data insights and strategic planning.
- Team up with colleagues across our global network to solve real-world challenges
