Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic ADH Site Manager to provide leadership and oversight at one of our Adult Day Health Centers. This role is responsible for ensuring excellence in participant care, staff development, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Site Manager will also oversee operations in facility management, programming, transportation, and food services while promoting LIFE Senior Services through community engagement and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Center meets all licensure, health, and accreditation standards.
  • Provide leadership in all areas of daily center operations, focusing on participant safety, quality programming, and family satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coordinate site maintenance, housekeeping, and dietary services.
  • Direct and oversee staffing: hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, evaluations, counseling, and terminations.
  • Oversee nursing and health services provided at the site.
  • Coordinate participant transportation services.
  • Implement and maintain emergency preparedness plans and drills.
  • Monitor site budget, purchasing, and fiscal accountability.
  • Direct person-centered activity programs that reflect best practices for adult day health care.
  • Complete and submit reports, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Promote LIFE Senior Services through marketing, public relations, and participation in community events.
  • Lead site committees and encourage communication across ADH sites and LIFE staff to foster collaboration and team spirit.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of management experience required.
  • Experience in geriatrics, healthcare, or senior care preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with older adults, caregivers, and staff.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and documentation systems.
  • Positive, professional attitude and appearance. 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push up to 200 lbs. in a wheelchair.
  • Approximately 50% of work performed while standing or walking.
  • Must have good hearing and vision. 

Work Environment

This role is based in a healthcare setting providing daily care and support services for elderly individuals, some frail or disabled. Activity levels are high, and the noise level is moderate.
