The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities. Candidate must be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform these essential functions of the job.

• Knowledge of stain removal and chemical cleaning agents, and operation of different types of cleaning equipment
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
