UX Designer | Product (4 months fixed term, potential to extend)

About Us

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our product team on a contract basis, supporting the next wave of feature releases for our B2B SaaS product that helps hotels manage spa operations. 

You’ll work closely with our Lead Product Designer while also taking ownership of independent workstreams across the full design lifecycle — from discovery and stakeholder interviews to prototyping, testing, and collaborating with engineers to ship product improvements. 

This is a hands-on, product-focused role that requires strong UX craft and the ability to translate complex business problems into elegant product solutions. You’ll extend our design system where needed, contribute new components, and build interactive prototypes (primarily in Figma Make) to communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders and developers. 

We’re after a confident, self-sufficient designer who can hit the ground running in a fast-moving environment, and who enjoys the challenge of making B2B products simple, usable, and impactful. 

Topline: We’re seeking a pragmatic problem solver with strong UX skills, fluent in prototyping, comfortable with autonomy, and driven by the challenge of designing intuitive solutions to complex workflows.

What You'Ll Do

● Lead UX workstreams from discovery through to delivery, independently driving projects forward. 

● Run stakeholder interviews and gather requirements to inform product decisions. 

● Translate complex business needs into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. 

● Build and test interactive prototypes in Figma 

● Extend and maintain the product design system, adding new components where required. 

● Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure high-quality delivery. 

● Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence. 

● Balance speed and craft to deliver work that is both pragmatic and thoughtful. 

What You'Ll Bring

What We’Re After:

● 5+ years of UX/product design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS products. 

● Proven ability to take projects from discovery through to shipping. 

● Strong interaction design and prototyping skills (Figma a must). 

● Experience designing complex workflows into usable, elegant product solutions. 

● Confidence running discovery activities such as stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering. 

● Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. 

● Comfortable working autonomously, but collaborative when it counts. 

● A problem-first mindset, with the ability to link business needs to user outcomes. 

● Clear, confident communicator — able to present, persuade, and explain thinking to non-designers.
