About The Role:

Whether you're in the heart of Poland or anywhere else, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the financial sector, working on exciting projects that will design and build enterprise applications that power finance
automation for some of the worlds largest brands.

What You Will Be Doing:

As an Applications Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications that power finance automation.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and data scientists to integrate innovative AI, NLP, and RPA capabilities.
• Build and enhance key modules across Order to Cash, Treasury, and Record to Report.
• Develop scalable microservices, APIs, and modern web applications.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions in an agile environment.

What We Expect:

4+ years of hands-on application development experience, preferably with Java or Python. C# is a plus.

3+ years of experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

2+ years of experience with the AWS cloud platform.

2+ years of experience with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.

Practical knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with finance or accounting workflows is highly desirable.

Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, or RPA is a strong plus.

Working hours: 4-5 hours overlap with US working hours would be needed.
