What You Will Do As An Industrial Engineer Internship:

• Answer phone calls and welcome visitors courteously, directing them to the most appropriate person to address their requests in the absence of the executive;
• Coordinate executive-level management meetings, including the preparation of content and presentations for other managers, and prepare meeting minutes;
• Organize, coordinate, and control the business travel process to ensure successful outcomes;
• Manage the department manager’s calendar and correspondence, scheduling meetings and conference calls with clients, business partners, or internal staff;
• Provide support in preparing presentations for management;
• Organize meetings, workshops, and other events to ensure their smooth administrative operation.
• Support colleagues in Purchasing community, according to Vitesco internal processes and rules.

What You Will Need To Succeed:

• On going University degree;
• Able to work a 6 or 8 hour program;
• English knowledge – advanced (written and spoken);
• MS Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
