Key Missions
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Access Rights Management to join our global IT team based in Makati.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day technical support for D365 applications.
- Ensuring proper user access rights, security roles, and permissions management.
- Troubleshooting system, application, and access-related issues.
- Collaborating with global IT and business teams to ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support contact for D365-related incidents, service requests, and technical escalations.
- Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and access rights to maintain compliance with internal policies and security standards.
- Perform regular audits and reviews of access rights to ensure proper segregation of duties (SoD).
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues within D365.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and configure security roles accordingly.
- Document processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles to support global IT operations.
- Collaborate with global IT teams (infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity) to ensure end-to-end service quality.
- Participate in global projects, upgrades, and rollouts involving D365.
Profile & Other Information
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience, with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of user access management, security roles, and permissions in D365.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices (incident, problem, change management).
- Experience working in a global IT support environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Preferred:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and identity/access management tools.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO27001, GDPR, etc.).
- Previous experience in multinational companies or the public security sector.
