Senior Legal Officer

You will play a critical role in managing and executing contractual agreements for ZainCash. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and client requirements.

• Draft, review, and edit a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Negotiate contract terms with vendors, clients, and partners to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain an organized contract repository.
• Track contract expiration dates and renewal deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensure contracts adhere to company policies, Central Bank regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial law
• A plus: worked in banking or payments
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
