Schedule: Full Time – 80 hours/pay period – Monday to Friday – 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Can work out of any of our Vivie HCBS office locations, open to remote (Must be located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, or North Dakota)
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll support the clinical care team by developing and maintaining visit schedules based on client needs, plan of care, and operational efficiency. You’ll coordinate caregiver visits and adjust clinical territories to ensure timely, consistent service while supporting staff and family communication across Home Health services.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate Visit Scheduling – Schedule home health aide, homemaking, and clinical visits according to service agreements and plans of care. Ensure supervisory visits are scheduled in compliance with policy.
- Support Operational Efficiency – Work with clinical leadership to establish and maintain efficient territories that reduce drive time and mileage while meeting client needs.
- Maintain Communication – Serve as a central point of contact for staff, clients, and families regarding scheduling updates, changes, and requests.
- Ensure Compliance & Accuracy – Uphold scheduling protocols and documentation standards to ensure high-quality care delivery and regulatory compliance.

This Job Also Requires:
- Associate degree or current employment as Vivie Home Health Aide.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and visitors.
