Regional Director of Clinical Services

Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours per pay period | Monday-Friday | 8 am – 4:30 pm

As a Regional Director of Clinical Services, you will be a driving force in shaping the clinical excellence of our communities. With a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership, you will mentor nursing leaders, enhance quality assurance, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while fostering a culture of innovation and resident-centered care. As a Regional Director of Clinical Services, you will:

• Lead and Elevate Clinical Standards – Provide expert guidance and oversight to ensure individualized, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Empower and Develop Leaders – Mentor Directors of Clinical Care (DOCC), Directors of Nursing (DON), and RN Managers, assisting in onboarding, training, and leadership development.
• Drive Quality and Compliance Excellence – Conduct site visits, support state surveys, oversee incident investigations, and implement quality assurance initiatives to maintain top-tier clinical care.
• Expand and Strengthen Regional Operations – Travel to multiple communities (50%-75% of the time), supporting new community openings and working with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery models.
• Innovate and Inspire Change – Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance infection prevention, optimize electronic health records (EHR), and create cutting-edge care strategies that elevate patient outcomes.
• Other Duties as Assigned 

This Job Also Requires:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in Assisted Living, with at least 1 year in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Transitional Care Unit highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Minnesota statutes and CMS guidelines for AL and LTC environments.
• Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently with occasional remote work opportunities.
• Ability to pass state mandated background check.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with staff, families, and leaders.
