We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join us in our Palm Beach Gardens office. This is a temporary position and candidates must be available to work starting in October 2025. Full-time availability is highly preferred. This position will be onsite.

What Your Day Looks Like:
- Serve as first point of contact for vendors, guests and associates at the reception desk
- Provide technical and non-technical support to office professionals and administrative peers
- Assist with event logistical setup (including room reservations, catering orders, invitations, and manage responses for events and room setup)
- Maintain office calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Edit and proofread reports, letters, proposals and/or presentations
- Print, bind and process paper deliverables
- Create hotel and/or other travel accommodations with preferred vendors
- Assist with new employee workstation set up and general IT requests
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and courier requests
- Order office supplies as needed
- Scan and upload documents to appropriate file servers and repositories
- Support administrative processes with data entry and tracking of information.
- Miscellaneous projects, as assigned
What you need for this role:
- A proactive, problem-solving Administrative professional with a passion for helping others
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- A master communicator, both verbally and in written form
- Knowledgeable enough to be dangerous in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential material in a responsible manner
- A natural multi-tasker who can reprioritize in a flash when needed
- Highly detail-oriented; nothing gets past you
- Client-service oriented;
- A High School graduate or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university preferred

Compensation for this role is $18-$21 per hour. Individual offers will consider location, experience, and budget.
