Key Responsibilities

• 3D Content Creation: Working with 3D programs and files to export the required assets needed when adapting content for different delivery types and platforms.
• Motion Design: The ability to create beautifully designed, highly polished 2D animated content using After Effects. Attention to detail, the ability to follow brand guidelines and match the level of previous work is a must.
• Video Editing: Compiling clips into an engaging edit, colour correcting clips to create a unified and on brand look, and basic audio editing.
• Design: To adapt existing creative and video while keeping the high level of design quality, an eye for layout, composition, contrast and aesthetically pleasing content.
• Collaborative: Work closely with our London based Motion Graphics team; to take work they have created and make variations and adapts of this content without a loss in quality. Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Storytelling: Develop engaging narratives through editing and animation that effectively communicate the intended message.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in 2D and 3D animation to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our work.
• Time Management: Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
• Self-Learning: The desire to constantly improve and learn new software and techniques, we are a fairly small team so each member must be comfortable adapting and picking up new skills where required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing and animation.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics and animation projects and techniques.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema4d, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant software.
• Creativity: A keen eye for detail, timing, colour, and composition with a passion for visual storytelling.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. The ability to accept feedback and creative direction.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome creative and technical challenges, and learn appropriate software and techniques to overcome them.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
