Job Description/Summary:

KXII 12 is seeking an organized, resourceful, detail-oriented individual to provide support to the sales management team, Media Executives, and station clients. The person will assist in administrative and clerical duties such as order entry, programming, and handling traffic needs by assigning commercial materials to orders. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who works well under pressure, has good time management skills, and likes to solve problems with a positive attitude.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Assist the Director of Sales and the Multimedia Sales Managers in order entry, maintenance, and approval
* Pull and provide detailed reports for the sales team and management
* Working with in-house systems to correctly order and run advertising on multiple TV stations and digital platforms
* Assist as needed during the political season, including uploading information to the FCC website
* Apply commercial materials to orders and all other traffic duties
* Working with clients on makegoods, resolving discrepancies, and posting reports
* Pulling monthly proof of performance reports for clients
* Helping create sales presentations
* Ratings Research
* Send schedules and assist with other programming duties

Qualifications/Requirements:

* High School Graduate, College Degree not required but preferred
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Dependability and punctuality
* Excellent follow-through and detailed orientation
* Ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously
* Effectively communicate with others
* Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Word
* Work well under pressure
