As a Concierge on our Human Experience Consultant team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer experience in the automotive industry. You’ll be the trusted liaison between our consultants and dealership clients—removing roadblocks, streamlining communication, and ensuring that every interaction is seamless and impactful.

- Responsibilities:
- In this role, you’ll support a network of Customer Experience Coaches and Consultants across the U.S., dedicated to providing white glove service to our client dealerships. You will:
- Build and nurture relationships with dealership leadership and store contacts.
- Introduce dealer principals and store teams to program specifics and the 2026 journey.
- Optimize program launch by scheduling and coordinating initial in‑store visits and facilitating introductions between consultants and store teams.
- Initiate and manage store assessments for each location, including launches, follow up, and reporting.
- Support consultants with onboarding, technology, and access challenges.
- Track and follow up on key deliverables, including store culture consultations, contact reports, and Digital Action Plan completion.
- Serve as the go to resource for consultant needs—supplies, materials, and store requests.
- Partner with the Global Travel Team to manage rescheduling needs.
- Provide program re‑enrollment support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous call center, help desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset, ideally where you built strong client relationships and delivered tailored solutions.
- Personable, professional, and polished.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you can explain complex ideas with clarity and warmth.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities without missing the details – it's the small things that make the big things possible.
- A proactive mindset—anticipating needs and addressing them before they become challenges. Comfortable thinking on your feet and solving problems in real time.
- Proven operational administration skills including scheduling, reporting, and progress tracking.
- Confidence in negotiation and influencing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborative by nature, thriving as part of a close‑knit team.
- Automotive retail or dealership experience is a plus.
