Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona (Spain) on a hybrid basis!

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Lifecycle to help design and optimize the player journey across all phases of engagement, from onboarding through reactivation and long-term retention. Reporting into the Director of Product, Lifecycle, you will own high-impact initiatives that directly improve retention, re-engagement, and regularity for Monopoly GO!.

You will translate opportunities into concrete feature designs, run data-informed experiments, and partner cross-functionally to deliver personalized and scalable lifecycle systems.

Monopoly GO! is one of the biggest casual games of all time and a key franchise that has just become Scopely’s largest game enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the design, launch, and iteration of systems that improve onboarding, retention, and reactivation
  • Transform high-level lifecycle opportunities into clear, actionable feature specifications
  • Ensure lifecycle designs align with player needs, franchise strategy, and business goals
  • Monitor performance and KPIs across retention, DAU/WAU, and reactivation
  • Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize lifecycle touchpoints
  • Leverage both quantitative data (analytics, segmentation) and qualitative insights (user research, community feedback) to inform design decisions.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, production, analytics, economy, marketing, and performance/LiveOps, to bring lifecycle features to life
  • Partner with the Director to integrate lifecycle capabilities into broader product strategy
  • Provide frequent feedback on features and ensure timely iteration
  • Track industry trends and best practices in player lifecycle management to bring fresh ideas to the table

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in F2P mobile casual games or consumer-facing live services.
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle design, onboarding flows, retention loops, re-engagement strategies
  • Proven quantitative capabilities: able to frame hypotheses, interpret data, design experiments, and extract actionable insights
  • Solid communication skills: able to articulate the “why” behind lifecycle decisions to drive team alignment
  • Experience driving complex features from concept through live operation
  • Ability to prioritize and manage trade-offs in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
  • Collaborative and growth-minded, with a track record of working across disciplines to deliver player impact
  • Excited to work on one of the world’s largest F2P mobile games
  • Creative, analytical, and entrepreneurial
  • Low-ego, player-obsessed, and motivated by building long-term engagement
