Cleaver Brooks is looking for a Genuine Parts Inside Sales Analyst to join our team. The Genuine Parts Inside Sales Analyst researches technical drawings/diagrams/archives to ensure appropriate parts are quoted and ordered, receives and edits orders for replacement parts, enters orders in the parts system and monitors orders to ensure timely and correct items are received by the customer and maintains files and records pertinent to order.

What You’Ll Do
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:
- Preparing accurate and timely quotes for Genuine Parts across one or more product lines (Firetube, IWT, PWS, Modular, Burners, Modernizations).
- Researching technical drawings, BOMs, and product documentation to verify accuracy.
- Serving as a Rep Champion — acting as a point of contact for assigned representatives, monitoring cases, and ensuring rep satisfaction.
- Following up on quotes proactively to help representatives win business.
- Performing ERP lifecycle maintenance (BOM corrections, asset updates, data integrity).
- Handling escalated technical or rep-related inquiries.
- Mentoring junior team members as you grow in the role.
What You’Ll Bring
- A strong commitment to customer/rep success and relationship building.
- Interest in learning our products and the ability to grow from a single product line to multiple product families.
- Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and responsive.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in quoting.
- Comfort with technical problem-solving, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Education and experience will determine starting level:
- Specialist (I/II): High school diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred; 0–5 years of experience.
- Analyst (I/Senior): Bachelor’s preferred; 5–10+ years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or ERP-related role.
