Senior Key Account Manager Event Production (m/f/d)

Your Mission

The ideal candidate will be motivated to further strengthen our Event Production unit beyond standard event technology projects and play a key role in strategically expanding our market reach.  

• Identify key account opportunities with new and existing clients across our core segments of the Event Production unit: Ceremonies & Entertainment, Conferences & Corporate, and Exhibitions & Luxury in Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East.
• Develop and manage a strategic network to establish new business relationships.
• Build, expand, and maintain key accounts, strengthening our substantial client base.
• Nurture existing customer relationships in alignment with our sales and marketing strategy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders in revenue-generating accounts, fostering strong, long-term company–client partnerships.
• Enhance the organization’s credibility, brand value, and trust to drive client retention and confidence in the brand.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis, providing actionable feedback to support sales planning and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Project Management to identify ongoing and future business needs.

Your Profile

• Solid experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of acquiring diverse event projects across entertainment, corporate, sporting, and luxury segments in the Middle East, particularly in KSA and UAE.
• Strong understanding and technical knowledge of audio-visual installations for events, with the ability to speak fluently and confidently on the subject.
• Experience working with an AVL system integration company is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of technical, business and contractual correlations in all complexities.
• English language proficiency is a must (Arabic is a plus).
• Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator.
