Job Description

Are you looking for a role where strategy meets execution, and where your leadership can make a real impact?  Join our team in Warsaw as a Local Product & Project Leader. In this mission, you will co-create marketing plans, lead product introductions, and ensure projects are delivered with precision and excellence. Acting as the bridge between business lines, regional marketing, and local sales teams, you will foster alignment, strengthen collaboration, and drive growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Co-build marketing plans for products and services for top key accounts in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Leader.
  • Develop multibrand strategic approaches for customers, balancing needs, market dynamics, and product characteristics to create win-win solutions while protecting Somfy brand integrity.
  • Lead project management with clear milestone definition, project steering (steercos), and KPI tracking.
  • Conduct measurement and ROI analysis of executed activities to monitor effectiveness and optimize future actions.
  • Coordinate comprehensive support for key accounts, including product introductions, training, pricing, reference creation, and data management.
  • Monitor, analyze, and share insights on competitors, store environments, and consumer behaviors to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Act as the local leader for new product introductions, ensuring smooth coordination of local processes and effective market launches.
  • Work closely with business lines, regional marketing teams, and local sales & marketing colleagues to ensure consistent execution and alignment of strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing, product management, trade marketing, or project leadership.
  • Proven experience in coordinating product launches and managing local market processes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to define, track, and deliver on milestones and KPIs.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret market trends, competitive landscapes, and ROI performance.
  • Demonstrated transversal management skills with the ability to coordinate and align cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker capable of balancing short-term execution with long-term brand positioning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Positive mindset with an open-minded, solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken (mandatory).
