Index Exchange is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Development Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise and experience as an Account Manager to drive revenue growth for top-tier publishers through our real-time programmatic exchange. Additionally, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our self-serve portal, IX Square.

Here’S What You’Ll Be Doing:

  • Act as primary point of contact for IX Square clients, providing comprehensive support throughout the account lifecycle, including onboarding, issue resolution, relationship management, and yield optimization.
  • Monitor the daily health of IX Square accounts, ensuring smooth operations and proactively addressing any issues.
  • Utilize Salesforce and internal systems to efficiently manage and resolve client cases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information.
  • Track, resolve, and escalate client issues while effectively communicating updates and managing expectations both internally and externally.
  • Engage in regular cross functional knowledge sharing sessions to exchange strategies and enhance campaign performance optimization.
  • Drive adoption and upsells of IX products by leveraging a deep understanding of client needs and product knowledge, serving as the main point of contact for publisher partners and facilitating client discussions.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for new publishers and product implementations, ensuring end-to-end success.
  • Identify actionable insights and new revenue opportunities for partners, driving increased revenue and marketplace demand.

Here'S What You Need:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of ad tech, including advertising/publisher business models, ad serving, header bidding, media trading, and real-time bidding (RTB).
  • Strong expertise in customer service and account management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, solve issues, and deliver solutions at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in a business, marketing, communications, or technology-related field.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making and the ability to leverage data to drive actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a strong attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset.

The base salary for this role is $77,000 to $125,000.  The total compensation package may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills and experience. ​​
