Location: This position is remote within the United Kingdom.
Huge is seeking a Vice President of Growth to lead outbound new business development and drive commercial expansion within our European portfolio. This executive role will focus on identifying, cultivating, and converting high-value client relationships, while shaping the strategies that position Huge as the partner of choice for transformative digital products and services.
As a senior leader, you will bring executive presence, sharp commercial instincts, and proven experience driving revenue growth in an agency or consulting environment. You will own the end-to-end new business process—from market mapping and prospecting, to developing compelling proposals and leading pitches—while serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership across Huge.
What You’Ll Do
- Lead outbound new business development, proactively identifying, qualifying, and pursuing strategic opportunities with C-suite decision makers.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with prospective clients by demonstrating insight into their business challenges and articulating Huge’s value proposition.
- Shape and lead high-stakes pitches, developing strategies, narratives, and materials that win confidence and drive conversion.
- Partner closely with marketing, demand generation, and product/craft leaders to position Huge in the marketplace and influence how we market and sell ourselves.
- Oversee the full business development lifecycle, from prospect identification through close, ensuring a seamless process and world-class delivery.
- Serve as a senior ambassador of Huge in the market—representing our capabilities, innovation, and culture to industry stakeholders and networks.
- Mentor and inspire the Growth team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
- Report directly to the Global Chief Growth Officer and collaborate with global leadership to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.

- Track record of building, managing, and scaling high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational and operational skills with the ability to manage complex pursuits, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: resourceful, resilient, and motivated by growth.
- 15+ years of business development or growth leadership experience in an agency or digital-first organization.
- Demonstrated success in outbound business development, prospecting, and securing new logos with enterprise clients.
- Executive presence and proven ability to influence, negotiate, and close at the C-suite level.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing revenue strategies and hitting growth targets in competitive markets.
