You’ll provide personalized, in-clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to meet each child’s unique needs. Requirements:
- You are eager to grow your skills in high-demand clinical areas such as AAC, feeding, and childhood apraxia of speech.

- You have a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an Illinois state license in good standing.
- You have prior experience conducting assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.

Your Role As A Speech-Language Pathologist
As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs, Mental Health Practitioners, and Neuropsychologists. Your responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication and feeding disorders
- Make appropriate cross-referrals to other disciplines
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each client
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to improve speech, language, social, and feeding skills
- Educate families, staff, and the community on AAC and other communication supports
- Collaborate with doctors, teachers, and pediatric therapists for coordinated care
- Keep detailed records of progress and adjust plans as needed
